A personal assistant (PA or support worker) is someone who is usually employed directly by a person who needs support to live their life in a way they choose.

PA training

If you're new to the PA role you may want to access some training. Unfortunately classroom training is currently suspended but we have a wide range of E-learning and we will add virtual online training sessions as soon as they are available so please keep checking in.
How we're funded

Our work is primarily funded by a contract with Leeds City Council, and we are actively developing our services through other contracts and directly provided services to individual customers.
Supported bank account

At Leeds CIL we offer a Supported Bank Account service for customers who need support managing their direct payment or cannot open a bank account for various reasons.
