Expand Payroll Administrator (hybrid) Contract: Fixed term for 12 months Location: Stanningley, Leeds LS28 Hours: Full-time / Part Time / Job Share considered Salary: £18,619 – £20,748 per annum We looking for a Payroll Administrator to add to our experienced, committed and award-winning staff team. Our Payroll Team provides a secure, efficient, high quality and focused payroll service to assist our customers, who employ their own support workers, with all payroll requirements. Your role will involve: Supporting customers with administering and processing full payroll Assisting individual customers to maintain their own payroll records Supporting customers with all aspects of HMRC and auto-enrolment reporting Ensuring that deadlines for completing tasks are met You must have the following: Excellent organisational, numerical and customer service skills Experience of administering full payroll for multiple employers, and HMRC legislation Ability to work appropriately with people from a wide range of backgrounds Good experience of using Microsoft Office including Word and Excel High level of attention to detail Excellent time management skills and the ability to meet all deadlines The ability to communicate appropriately with internal and external customers You will have a minimum of 1 years’ experience in a similar type role, however we would welcome applications from all candidates who can demonstrate that they have the necessary skills, knowledge and experience outlined in the Person Specification. Expand Managed Bank Account Adviser Contract: Fixed term for 12 months Location: Stanningley, Leeds LS28 / hybrid Hours: Full-time, 37 hours per week Salary: £21,288 - £23,346 per annum We require a Managed Bank Account (MBA) Adviser to add to our experienced and committed staff team. You will have the opportunity to work at the cutting edge of social care provision in the sector. The MBA Adviser will be responsible for the smooth and efficient operation of the MBA Service, to deliver excellent customer service to customers, colleagues and agency partners. Your role will involve: Assisting customers who want to use the MBA Service to administer funding they can use to purchase support and services. Providing support to new and existing customers Dealing with queries and concerns in a courteous and timely manner, ensuring all agreed actions are clearly explained and completed. Keeping all required records and systems complete and up to date. Carrying out monthly reconciliations of all open Managed Bank Accounts, and providing statements of Managed Bank Accounts for customers and auditors, as required. You must have the following: Excellent customer service skills. Good knowledge and understanding of financial systems and of the importance of compliance with legal requirements regarding financial reporting and standards. The ability to work appropriately with people from a wide range of backgrounds, both independently and as part of a team. The ability to use Microsoft Office suite, in particular having a high skill level use of Excel for service provision, record keeping and financial reporting. Good analytical and problem-solving skills, with strong attention to detail to carry out tasks with a very high level of accuracy, have excellent organisational and time management skills.
