Who we are

Leeds CIL provides a variety of support services for disabled people of all ages who live in the Leeds area who want to take control of any help they need with personal care and daily living tasks.
PA recruitment

Recruiting a PA can be difficult at the best of times. Leeds CIL can support you with all PA recruitment needs, right from advertising through to the end of their employment.
What are support services?

Independent living is about ensuring you have the choice, control and responsibility over your life.
What is a PA?

A personal assistant (PA or support worker) is someone who is usually employed directly by a person who needs support to live their life in a way they choose.
Leeds CIL payroll

Leeds CIL provides a payroll service to individual employers of Personal Assistants.

PA training

If you're new to the PA role you may want to access some training. Unfortunately classroom training is currently suspended but we have a wide range of E-learning and we will add virtual online training sessions as soon as they are available so please keep checking in.
How we're funded

Our work is primarily funded by a contract with Leeds City Council, and we are actively developing our services through other contracts and directly provided services to individual customers.
