Payroll Service

ASIST provides a payroll service to individual employers of Personal Assistants. Our dedicated team of Finance Support Workers currently support over 600 individual employers to successfully direct their own care and the number is increasing all the time.

Benefits of using our payroll service:

  • Monthly wage payments are made directly to your PA’s bank account
  • Tax and National Insurance deductions are made and paid directly to Her Majesties Revenue & Customs (HMRC).
  • Provide monthly pay slips for your workers
  • Annual tax returns are completed and submitted on your behalf
  • Support workers are available to discuss any related queries
  • Guidance on statutory payments including: Statutory Sick Pay (SSP), Statutory Maternity PAy (SMP), etc
  • Issue P45’s for employees leaving your employment
  • Provide P60’s for your PA(s) at the end of each tax year
  • Free if you have a Direct Payment/Personal Budget
