Leeds CIL now offers a Managed Bank Account Service for individuals who direct their own care but have difficulty in opening and/or managing a bank account, or just do not want the added responsibility of managing the paperwork directly; whilst retaining all the control and choice of an individual directing their own care.
• Leeds CIL opens the account on behalf of the individual and operates the account, arranging
   all payments (wages/invoices etc…) as instructed by the individual
• Leeds CIL maintains all the necessary paperwork and provides documentation for Local
   Authority Audit, as required.
• Leeds CIL also provides a copy of the documentation for Local Authority Audit to the
   individual, for their reference.
• The individual retains all the choice and control of directing their own care.
