Leeds CIL is based in an accessible building and has a Training Room that it allows groups of disabled and older people, and other organisations requiring accessible meeting facilities, to use.

These groups include the 'Free to Live' Peer Support Group and consultation groups set up to inform work carried out by Leeds City Council in compliance with its Equality Duty. Over thirty individual organisations and groups use the Training Room each year, some of which use the Training Room for monthly meetings.

The access includes: a main entrance with automatic doors, some internal doors with electric push-pad openers, hearing loops, contrasting colours in all areas and bright signage and three unisex wheelchair accessible toilets (including one with an electric ceiling hoist). If you are be interested in hiring an accessible room at the CIL please contact us.
