Welcome to Leeds CIL, the free, user led organization providing support for disabled and older people using a personal budget or direct payment in Leeds.

· Our Actively Seeking Independence Support Team (ASIST) will work with you to recruit your personal assistant(s), complete safeguarding checks, support you managing them and also provide a payroll service.

· Fiona, our Independent Living Guide has a wealth of experience working in Social Care and can work with you in choosing the services that YOU want.  

Leeds CIL is run by a management committee of disabled and older people and all our work is under pinned by the Social Model approach to disability by removing barriers to accessing services.
